We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher for Jan 2027 (earlier start date if possible). We are looking for an exceptional leader who will be integral in driving school improvement to enable us to achieve our vision for excellence for the quality of education for our school community. The key area of focus for this role is to pride leadership for behaviour and culture, shaping a safe and inclusive school where students and staff feel like they belong. The successful candidate will also support the headteacher in leading an effective safeguarding culture across the school where students and staff thrive. They will work closely with the rest of the leadership team helping to shape the strategic direction and improvement of our school. They will assist in securing excellent outcomes for all our students, regardless of background. They will embed the Trust’s ethos, values and vision through inspiring and dedicated leadership, promoting a culture of high expectations in which both students and staff feel valued.
As Deputy Headteacher, you will provide exemplary leadership and support the Headteacher in the management of Congleton High School Academy.
