Behaviour Support Officer –
35 hours per week, 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, term time only (38
Weeks). Grade C – Step 1 Actual Annual
Salary £19,976.01 (which is equivalent to a full-time salary of £25,186).
As part of our commitment to staff wellbeing RAISE Education Trust is trialling a two week half term break 19th to 30th October 2026. Following this trial, should the Trust revert back to a one-week October half term break from 2027 the contractual working weeks would increase to 39 weeks and the salary would increase accordingly.
We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our experienced Pastoral team working with our students and parents. The role will involve supporting staff and students in sustaining positive behaviour management across the school.
This role is an exciting opportunity to work with youngsters and parents in supporting their progress and integration in school. The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills and be confident in dealing with parents on a daily basis. The successful candidate will have an interest in supporting young people and will need to have a professional but friendly manner, respecting confidentiality at all times. The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a wider team is essential.
