About this Role

Maiden Erlegh School is seeking an enthusiastic Lunchtime Controller to join our established team 3 days per week. Duties will include:

  • Assist with the supervision of students on snack breaks and ensure their welfare whilst in the dining hall and any other areas of the school.
  • Assist with the monitoring of student behaviour in conjunction with the school’s policy on discipline and behaviour
  • Ensure that all students are engaged in suitable activities and be proactive and vigilant regarding any situations which may be a cause for concern


The successful applicant will enjoy working with 11-18-year-olds. You must be adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life, have a calm manner and be able to work as part of team.
