Inclusion Leader

Pickwick Academy Trust would like to recruit a permanent 0.7 FTE Inclusion Leader, based at Corsham Primary School (Broadwood site, Broadwood Avenue, Rudloe, Wiltshire, SN13 0LX).

Salary range:

MPS1-UPS1 - £32,916 - £47,472 per annum pro rata (actual salary will be between £23,041  and £33,230   per annum) dependent on experience +TLR2 - £3527 per annum pro rata (actual amount - £2469 per annum).

Working pattern:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning

Start date:  1st January 2026

Our School

Corsham Primary School is located in the picturesque Wiltshire market town of Corsham, near Bath, and is arranged over two sites located at either side of the town.  Pound Pill site offers 14 classes and the Broadwood site houses 9 classes, both supporting children from Reception to Year 6.  At Corsham Primary, we believe that All children matter and have the right to the very best, in order to fulfil their potential.  Our happy Corsham Primary family prides itself on having high expectations for learning and behaviour, enabling everyone to enjoy learning and succeed. Role overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and inspirational Inclusion Leader to work closely with the Headteacher at Corsham Primary School (Broadwood site).

Main duties will be:

·        Promoting inclusive education throughout the school

·        Ensuring all children, including those with special needs, disabilities, and other specific needs, achieve their full potential

·        Leading the development of inclusive practices

·        Coordinating interventions, and managing resources and staff to support students

·        Overseeing SEND provision

·        Fostering professional development

·        Liaising with parents and external agencies

·        Contributing to the leadership team’s strategic decisions

·        Monitoring and evaluating progress, ensuring quality teaching

·        Supporting the school’s mission to provide equitable education for all students
