As a Teaching Assistant at Uppingham Community College, you will support classroom learning, help students access the curriculum, and assist teachers in creating a positive, inclusive environment. Responsibilities include working with individuals or small groups, supporting students’ social and emotional development, and contributing to the smooth running of daily lessons.

You will join a friendly, supportive team and play a key role in helping students achieve their potential while developing your own skills in a professional, well-resourced setting.
