As Head of Biology, you will:
Lead and develop the Biology curriculum across KS3–KS5
Drive outstanding teaching and learning
Use performance data strategically to secure excellent outcomes
Line manage and develop colleagues
Oversee departmental improvement planning and quality assurance
Contribute fully to whole-school priorities
Lead an exciting extra- and super-curricular programme
We are looking for someone who:
Holds QTS and a strong honours degree in a related subject
Can teach Biology to KS5 and Science across KS3/4
Is reflective, organised and inspirational
Is committed to safeguarding and inclusion
Is eager to play a full role in the wider life of the school
