About the Role
The successful candidate will provide creative, technical and administrative support across the Drama and Music Departments. Working closely with the Heads of Drama and Music, you will contribute to a wide range of curricular and extracurricular events throughout the academic year.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing technical support for Drama and Music performances and events.
Assisting with the preparation and delivery of examinations and productions.
Supporting rehearsals, performances, concerts and school showcases.
Developing props, resources and production materials.
Providing administrative support, including assistance with examination submissions.
Supporting whole-school events where technical assistance is required.
Assisting with extracurricular activities and house competitions.

GCSE Scripted Drama Examination
Music Concerts

A Level Scripted and Devised Examinations
Year 10 Devised Examination
Sports Awards Evening
Music Concert
Open Evening
House Music Competition
Additional support will be required for extracurricular activities and other departmental events throughout the year.
Hours and Flexibility
Approximately 500 hours across the academic year (around 62 working days).
Potential for additional hours by prior agreement.
Flexible working arrangements agreed in advance with the Heads of Drama and Music.
Support will be required during key events and the preparation period leading up to them.
