Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Academy.

learning, and ensure that all pupils achieve exceptional outcomes academically,

About the
Role
The Deputy
Headteacher - Inclusion will provide strategic leadership of the Academy’s
inclusion agenda, ensuring our provision is ambitious, evidence-informed and
aligned with Ofsted and statutory requirements. You will lead the SEND and
inclusion teams and model excellent practice in inclusive curriculum design,
safeguarding and pupil support.
This is a key
leadership position for a leader with a deep commitment to equity, exceptional
professional standards, and the drive to deliver school improvement at scale.
You will work closely with the Headteacher and Trust Executive Leaders to shape
the Academy’s strategic direction and ensure the highest possible standards for
every pupil.
