About this Role
We are looking for someone who will join our team who will:
- Have the ability to work with and communicate effectively with students and staff.
- Provide support/supervision for students during lunch periods both in and out of the dining hall to ensure a safe environment at all times.
- Support the Academy in ensuring the safety and welfare of all students.
- Ensure all misbehaviour is reported using Academy procedures and that no misbehaviour goes unchallenged.
- Remain assertive whilst showing compassion and empathy.
- Be an enthusiastic team member.
You will have:
- A Good standard of education.
- Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with staff and students.
- The ability to relate well to children.
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm.
