An opportunity has arisen for the role of Food Preparation and Nutrition Technician at Kings Norton Girls’ School and Sixth Form (KNGS), on a permanent, part-time basis, working 23.5 hours per week on a term-time only basis (0.45 FTE). KNGS is an OFSTED outstanding school and is part of the West Midlands Multi Academy Trust with a comprehensive intake and a co-educational sixth form. We are seeking a team‑focused candidate who will work
collaboratively with the subject leader to provide technical support for day‑to‑day teaching and learning. Duties include preparing
ingredients, equipment and resources for teachers and students, maintaining
stock and hygiene levels, supporting practical lessons and creating
requisitions for ordering. You may already be an experienced technician or,
with training, have the potential to deliver efficient and effective support.
