About this Role

Deputy Head of Modern Foreign Languages

We are seeking to recruit a passionate and ambitious Deputy Head of Modern Foreign Languages to join our leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and help lead a dedicated department and make an exceptional educational experience for our students. 

As  Deputy Head of MFL, you will:

  • Help lead and manage the Modern Foreign Languages department, with a focus on delivering excellent outcomes for all students.
  • Play a key role in developing curriculum strategy and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Inspire and support colleagues to innovate in the classroom and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to wider school life, championing inclusion, academic excellence, and personal development
