Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff, the Cover Supervisor will support the smooth day-to-day running of the school by maintaining purposeful classrooms and positive learning environments in the absence of teaching staff.

We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who:

·         Can confidently supervise pre‑set learning activities across a range of subjects and year groups.

·         Is skilled in managing behaviour and creating a purposeful, focused learning environment.

·         Supports inclusion and ensures all students can engage meaningfully in learning.

·         Follows school policies and procedures, particularly around safeguarding, behaviour and health and safety.

·         Responds calmly and appropriately to students’ needs, questions and immediate classroom issues.

·         Thrives in a busy school environment and enjoys contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school.
