About this Role

Newquay Tretherras is seeking a committed and ambitious Teacher of Personal Development to deliver a high-quality curriculum that supports students’ academic, social and emotional growth. This role sits at the heart of our provision, ensuring that all students are equipped with the knowledge, skills and understanding to thrive in school and beyond.

You will lead and deliver the Personal Development curriculum, including statutory PSHE education. The successful candidate will contribute to raising standards, promoting positive relationships, and supporting students to become confident, responsible and well-informed individuals.

This role requires a teacher who is values-driven, reflective and proactive, with the ability to build strong relationships and adapt their practice to meet the needs of all learners. You will directly contribute to a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement, in line with our mission of providing a 100% exceptional educational experience for every learner.
