About this Role

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Attendance Administrator to play a key role in promoting high expectations for attendance across the school. 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of attendance guidance from DfE and the local authority.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Experience of supporting and promoting high levels of attendance.
  • Ability to work closely with parents/carers and students to improve levels of attendance.
