We are seeking a dedicated and
proactive Year Team Support Officer to join our highly effective pastoral team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting students'
wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and academic success.
Working closely with our Year
Managers, Faculty Leaders, the SEND team and families, you will provide a first
response to student and family needs, ensuring timely support and intervention.
You will help create an environment where students feel safe, valued and able
to succeed.
