About this Role

Term Time + Training Days (39 weeks per year). Part-Time 32.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8am - 3pm.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our busy school kitchen team, helping us deliver high-quality, nutritious meals to our students and staff. As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Catering Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding food and service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards even during our busiest break and lunchtime periods. You’ll be an experienced chef with a passion for great food and a commitment to high standards. You’ll bring creativity and energy with the ability to motivate others and work effectively under pressure. Most importantly, you’ll take pride in supporting a healthy, enjoyable dining experience for our school community.
