Vacancy for HR Assistant

Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 5, Point 7

Hours:20 Hours per week 

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our team at Sharnbrook Academy! You will provide valuable administrative support to the HR Manager and Central Recruitment & HR team through maintaining reports, distributing HR policies on staff intranet and being involved in exciting new HR projects.


The opportunity

  • To join a fun, enthusiastic growing HR team!
  • Gaining HR experience and knowledge within a support environment
  • Creating and maintain HR reports and spreadsheets.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist with the preparation for case files/documentation for hearings.
  • Processing, filing and distributing confidential reports and documents.

The ideal candidate

  • Good educational background including GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • High level of organisation skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and integrity.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks appropriately.
  • Confident and approachable manner
