About this Role
The Executive Principal will lead Orion Coopers, a thriving secondary school in Chislehurst, and support leadership at Orion Spires in Canterbury. This is a strategic role focused on:
- Driving school improvement – ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Leading and inspiring staff – fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.
- Strategic leadership – overseeing safeguarding, budgets, and operational efficiency.
