About You
To join us as Headteacher you will:

recent proven leadership experience and management
skills within a
primary school setting.
· Demonstrate
management of actions to bring about performance improvements.
· Be
committed to inclusivity and ensuring every child has access to an outstanding
education.
· Demonstrate
a deep understanding of curriculum innovation, pedagogy, and evidence-based
practice.
· Be
able to thrive in a collaborative leadership environment, valuing teamwork and
professional generosity
· Be
dedicated, committed, enthusiastic, passionate, and innovative
as you strive to improve outcomes for all children.
· Continue to
build on the strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider
community.
· Have
the ability to make sound decisions and work in challenging and sometimes
demanding environments in a flexible and effective way.
· Have
significant experience of management change preferably in an education
environment.
· Have
the ability to persuade, influence and motivate others at all levels and to
deal with difficult people and effectively handle conflict.
· Have
a good understanding of issues and policy developments within the primary
sector, in particular Ofsted developments and updates in teaching pedagogy.
· Be a spiritual
leader as well as corporate parent.
· Demonstrate a clear vision and understanding of the fundamental beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist church and implement the church’s worldwide concept of Seventh-day Adventist education.
