Dr Challoner's Grammar School are seeking a qualified School Counsellor to provide confidential counselling support to students at the school. The role includes supporting students’ personal development, emotional wellbeing, and learning needs through individual sessions and therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include triaging students to appropriate support, maintaining secure records, and liaising with staff and external professionals where appropriate. The successful candidate will work within safeguarding requirements and the BACP Ethical Framework. The role also includes contributing to student safety and wellbeing and undertaking relevant professional development.
