About this Role

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience of working in a busy office environment. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with students, staff and external stakeholders, including examination boards. With strong planning and prioritising skills, they will be able to manage competing deadlines, maintain accurate records and ensure that examination processes are carried out efficiently and in line with relevant regulations.

They will be methodical in their approach, able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity, and confident in responding to queries in a calm and helpful manner. A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, the successful candidate will support the Examinations Manager in the smooth delivery of both internal and external examinations, including supporting access arrangements and results days. They will be committed to safeguarding, equality and continuous improvement, upholding the values and high standards of the Affinity Learning Partnership at all times.

37 hours per week, 39.2 working weeks per year.
