The Candidate

The successful candidate will possess good personal and communication skills, be systematic and be keen to work in an educational environment. The Academy is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and motivated individual who is committed to ensuring that all students make progress.
With a resilient nature and an ability to adapt to different groups of students and different subject area; a high level of literacy and numeracy; the confidence to make a difference in the classroom and enjoy working with young people. Experience of working with or relating to young people, and to have a commitment to their welfare, education and development is also highly desirable.
37 hours, 39.2 working weeks, Term Time plus INSET days
