About this Role 

Ninestiles, an Academy is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as SEND Intervention Coach.  To work under the instruction/guidance of the Strategic SEND Lead, Senior Leadership Team and in collaboration with teaching colleagues to raise achievement and progress academically and socially for learners with SEND.  This is a fixed-term post intended to deliver additional educational support for a specific learner. Continuation of this post is dependent on external funding; if such funding is rescinded, the post may be withdrawn.

You must be educated to a degree level and be able to demonstrate skills and passion that will positively impact on our learners. You must also possess the commitment, enthusiasm and energy to inspire them every day. You must show your ability to interact well with learners and teachers alike in a culture built on the values of mutual trust and respect..
