We are looking for a teacher who:


Has high expectations for all pupils and believes every child can succeed.

Is committed to creating a calm, purposeful and inclusive classroom environment.

Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

Is reflective, resilient and eager to continually develop their practice.

Understands the importance of explicit teaching, strong routines and excellent behaviour for learning.

Can contribute positively to our team and wider academy life.

Has experience of, or a strong understanding of, phonics teaching. Experience of teaching or supporting Read Write Inc. (RWI) would be particularly advantageous.
