Experience in working within a school is essential. We are primarily looking for an excellent practitioner who has a hunger to improve, a strong teamwork ethic and who is adaptable. The person appointed would need the skills and qualities necessary to maintain the consistently high levels of behaviour and learning. The ability to build good relationships with the children, staff, parents and the community is vital.
We
are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young
people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and have
ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of young
people.
We
aim to be an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications irrespective
of race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation and/or age. We value
the individuality and creativity that every worker potentially brings to the
workforce.
This
post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references –
references will be sought prior to interview. Proof of qualifications is
compulsory.
