We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team and make a meaningful difference to the lives of our pupils.
Working under the
guidance of teaching and senior staff, you will play a vital role within the
classroom, supporting children to access learning and thrive in a stimulating
and nurturing environment.

Provide tailored
support to meet the child’s individual learning needs
·
Deliver targeted 1:1
and small group interventions
·
Adapt your
approach with patience, understanding, and effective communication
·
Help create an engaging,
positive learning environment
·
Monitor and
record progress, sharing insights with teaching staff
·
Provide medical
support in line with training and school policy
·
Understands how
children learn and can apply effective support strategies
·
Is confident,
proactive, and able to use initiative
·
Works
collaboratively as part of a team and values shared expertise
·
Is committed to professional
development and continuous learning
·
Demonstrates a positive,
caring, and adaptable approach
·
Has a genuine
passion for making a difference in children’s lives
