We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team and make a meaningful difference to the lives of our pupils.

 The Role

Working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff, you will play a vital role within the classroom, supporting children to access learning and thrive in a stimulating and nurturing environment.

 Key Responsibilities

·        Provide tailored support to meet the child’s individual learning needs

·        Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions

·        Adapt your approach with patience, understanding, and effective communication

·        Help create an engaging, positive learning environment

·        Monitor and record progress, sharing insights with teaching staff

·        Provide medical support in line with training and school policy
