About this Role

Job Title: Intervention Coordinator

Terms: 37 Hours per week, 38 weeks per year - Fixed Term until 31 August 2027

Salary: Devon Legacy Pay Scales range, Grade D (SCP 8 – 12)

Location: Ivybridge Community College

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Trust at Ivybridge Community College.

The post holder will be responsible forcoordinating and delivering interventions for those students who are entitled to additional funding for additional support. Under the guidance of the Assistant Principals responsible for these areas, they will ensure students receive a highly effective range of teaching and bespoke strategies that inspires and engages the students. The affected students may fall into one or more of the following categories:   

  • English as an Additional Language (EAL)  

  • SEND  

  • Pupil Premium  

  • Persistent or severely absent  

  • Students at risk of exclusion  

  • Any other vulnerable group as directed
