We are looking for a confident, consistent, and highly
organised individual to join our team as a Behaviour Support and Supervision

being taken by the school
- Rigorously
investigate, record and track incidents ensuring that they are followed up
with precision and accuracy
- Be
able to supervise groups of students, challenge misbehaviour, and
de-escalate incidents where needed
- Skilfully
deescalate a dysregulated child and support them to understand the issue
at hand
- Know
when to escalate concerns, and when to resolve them on the spot
- Uphold
the school’s culture through presence, language, and high standards
Our BFL department set the ethos and culture of our school.
The role is demanding and purposeful. It requires emotional intelligence,
