We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Worker to assist the pastoral team in all aspects of pastoral work, including inclusion and improving academic outcomes.  

The successful candidate should have good behaviour management skills, be flexible, enthusiastic and have outstanding communication skills.

Location: Luton

Contract type:  Term time plus 5 training days. 

Hours of work:  37hrs per week / 39 weeks per year working  08:00-16:00

Starting salary: £23,689pa
