Location: Healing Academy, Grimsby
Salary Scale: Scale 4, Points 7-11 £26,403 - £28,142 (FTE)
£22,482- £23,963 (Actual)
Term time plus 5 days
Reports to: Assistant Principal

As a Cover Supervisor, your primary goal is to ensure that student learning continues seamlessly during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You won't just be "watching a class"; you will be an active presence, motivating students and maintaining a productive, safe, and harmonious environment.
Key Responsibilities:
You should be a flexible, "outward-facing" professional who enjoys collaboration and exhibits kindness and empathy in your work.
Essential Requirements:
Education: 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above).
Experience: Previous experience working with young people, including coaching or mentoring.
Skills: Strong ICT skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Attributes: Punctual, polite, and organised with a "can-do" attitude.
