Premises Cleaner - Healing Academy

We have a vacancy for a Premises Cleaner and we are looking for reliable and committed individuals to work within our existing teams.  You must be approachable, professional, flexible and reliable and be a highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude and be able to work as part of a team as well as working alone.

The role:

  • Location: Healing  Academy, Grimsby

  • Contract: Permanent, 20 hours per week,  Term Time only plus 15 Days

  • Salary Scale: Scale 1, point 3 (£24,796 FTE)

  • Pro Rata Salary £11,998

  • Hours of  Work:            Monday to Friday 14:45-18:45

  • Closing Date: Midday Monday 11th May 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain High Standards: Use professional domestic and industrial equipment to clean floors, windows, and work surfaces to a specified quality.

  • Ensure Safety & Hygiene: Replenish essential supplies and strictly follow Health and Safety requirements to protect our school community.

  • Care for our Site: Perform routine equipment checks, manage waste removal, and report any maintenance issues or vandalism promptly.

  • Support our Pupils: Monitor student conduct and intervene when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all visitors and staff.
