The role:
Location: Healing Academy, Grimsby
Contract: Permanent, 20 hours per week, Term Time only plus 15 Days
Salary Scale: Scale 1, point 3 (£24,796 FTE)
Pro Rata Salary £11,998
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 14:45-18:45
Closing Date: Midday Monday 11th May 2026

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain High Standards: Use professional domestic and industrial equipment to clean floors, windows, and work surfaces to a specified quality.
Ensure Safety & Hygiene: Replenish essential supplies and strictly follow Health and Safety requirements to protect our school community.
Care for our Site: Perform routine equipment checks, manage waste removal, and report any maintenance issues or vandalism promptly.
Support our Pupils: Monitor student conduct and intervene when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all visitors and staff.
