Contract:                                   Permanent, Term Time Plus 5 days, 37 hours per week.

Salary Scale:                            NJC Scale 5 Point 12-17

Are you a highly organised professional who thrives on precision? Healing Academy is looking for an exceptional Exams & Administration Officer to join our team. This isn’t just an office role—it is the operational backbone of our school.

Why This Role Matters

You will be the architect behind our examination seasons, ensuring every student has the perfect environment to succeed. Beyond exams, you are the face of our academy—supporting our team to provide a professional reception and administrative infrastructure that underpins teaching and learning every single day.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Exams: Manage the end-to-end delivery of all internal and external examinations, ensuring total compliance with JCQ regulations.

  • Master of Admin: Provide comprehensive support to the leadership team, from managing school systems (MIS) to coordinating staff cover.

  • First Impressions: Act as the professional first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors.

  • Student Well-being: Support our community through first aid delivery and managing student medical needs.

About You

We are looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude who possesses:

  • Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with school MIS systems (Arbor/SIMS) and Google Workspace is highly desirable.

  • A commitment to safeguarding and the highest standards of professional integrity.
