Lincolnshire who have identified Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
needs and in receipt of an EHCP who need additional support within their
mainstream education.
The Learning Support Assistants will

The successful candidate will work
alongside the Principal, Vice Principal of Inclusion, SENDCO, staff team and
supportive Trust, shaping the direction of travel of the new RSP (Resource
Specialist Provision).

outcomes and behaviour in a safe environment, which encourages every student to
experience an exciting and creative climate for learning.
We
place a strong emphasis upon pastoral care and our Learning Support Assistant will
share the determination to offer the very best to our students so that they can
thrive personally and academically.
This exciting role will start in September 2026.
