Your role as a Teaching Assistant
As a Teaching Assistant at TLC, you will:
Support learners with SEND, SEMH and additional needs
Help deliver engaging and meaningful learning activities
Support learners to regulate, build confidence and access learning
Work one-to-one and in small groups with learners
Help create a calm, positive and safe learning environment
Support learners’ personal development, independence and wellbeing
Be part of a friendly, supportive and sometimes challenging school community
