About this Role

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the community use of academy facilities, to include marketing, the facilities, managing bookings and management of on-site users.
  • The management and scheduling of Community Connect employees.
  • To ensure the security of the facilities before, during and after bookings and to provide an excellent service to all internal and external lettings users.

Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week  (will include weekend shifts and a minimum of 2 evening shifts finishing at 22:30)

Who we are looking for

  • A good standard of education, including GCSEs in Maths and English (Qualifications with specific relevance to the role is desirable)
  • Experience of team leader responsibilities or management of a function; and customer relations
  • Valid UK driving licence (with 3 or less points)
  • Ability to operate and use tools and equipment and undertake general porterage duties
  • Expertise to undertake tasks both indoors and outdoors which may include cleaning, minor repairs in toilet areas, dealing with spillages, waste collection etc.
  • Competency in the exchange of information with academy staff and external stakeholders
  • Ability to meet customers' requirements as part of customer care for lettings
