Ormiston Victory is an innovative, positive and ambitious academy looking to recruit an appropriately experienced, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our highly effective IT Support Team.
As our Lead IT Technician, you will provide a comprehensive and effective technical support service to students and all staff at the academy. We are seeking an IT professional who can provide installation, maintenance development and administrative support for the academy’s IT resources, someone with a wide variety of hands on experience.
You must have the technical knowledge along with a proactive mindset to be the senior IT team member on site for resolution of business-as-usual issues, responsible for using available resources to ensure IT service levels and standards are maintained in the academy. The role provides line management of junior IT staff within the academy, and from time to time will be required to support projects and service improvements, either in the academy or across the trust.
