Work where it matters most, achieve what matters more
This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to be part of
a highly successful, friendly and dedicated team committed to ensuring every
student achieves their true potential.
The excellent performances at Victory have been met with
critical acclaim over many years - we value this curriculum area immensely as
it epitomises the ethos of our school. We believe this suite of subjects is
critical to ensuring our students are able to express themselves with
confidence and presence. Amongst the alumni is Hollywood actor Sam Claflin who
remains supportive of the Costessey community. Our annual performances include
a major production (Grease 2019, Sister Act, 2018, School of Rock 2017, Billy
Elliot 2016, Starlight Express 2015, Ghost 2014, Les Miserables 2013), a Key
Stage 3 production - and often a Sixth Form led production. We also host
collaborations with other Ormiston Academies and in 2019 we won the People’s
Choice Award in the EDP Norfolk Arts Awards. We achieved Artsmark
Platinum status and work in partnership with Norwich Theatre Royal.
