Ormiston Victory is an innovative, positive and ambitious academy which is seeking to appoint a well-qualified and ambitious Director of Mathematics to lead a highly committed team of professionals for a period of maternity cover. We are determined to continue to develop the teaching of mathematics so that students of all abilities benefit from outstanding learning experiences and are motivated to succeed.
We believe in working

their hard work to provide the best education for our learning community. We are able to offer a TLR 1 of between £10,174-£17,216 dependent on the experience of the successful candidate.
The mathematics

reflecting the quality of teaching and learning. The successful applicant will
work with a committed team to shape and deliver a programme of curricular and
professional development, thus steering the area to even greater success.
