We are looking for a cover supervisor at Ormiston
Bolingbroke Academy to start as soon as possible.
This is a fixed term, temporary role, working term
time plus INSET days; Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am to
3.30pm, 37 hours per week, until end of summer term 2026.
As a cover supervisor you will supervise whole classes
during the short-term absence of the class teacher, implementing work
programmes, managing student behaviour and assisting in relevant activities in
line with school policy and procedure.

About you
You are an experienced cover supervisor or have relevant
experience and qualifications, who is resilient, has a positive outlook
and excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain
professional relationships, with students, families and staff. You have great
IT skills and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and
information management systems.
