support the teaching Head of Year to ensure that students attend, achieve and
thrive. The Assistant Head of Year will be a visible leader, and a trusted
adult for students, they will be able to deescalate behaviour and RESET
behaviour, working closely with the behaviour, pastoral, SEND and wellbeing
team.
