Leadership Team. This is an exciting time to join the academy as we embark on
the second phase of our school improvement journey; this provides an unique

The successful candidate will have an excellent record of
improving student outcomes, especially for disadvantaged students and students
with special educational needs. They will have previous experience of leading a
department, faculty and have a good understanding of how to analyse data,
effective curriculum planning and use of progress data.
