SUPPORT OFFICER
REPORTS TO: SLT link/Head of Sixth Form
RESPONSIBLE FOR: To work as a member of the Pastoral Team within the Sixth Form, to support the Head of Year (HoY) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) within the Academy
SALARY: Scale 5/22-25 - £32,915-£35,160 per annum (pro rata – 40 weeks) : Actual Salary - £31,070-£33,189 per annum : Permanent/Term-time only/40 weeks - 40 hours per week – 8.00am-5.00pm

Overall Aims of the Role:
§ To contribute positively towards developing the Academy’s Sixth Form ethos, philosophy and ideology.
§ To work with students and families to maintain and enforce the highest standards and expectations for all students.
§ To ensure students take ownership of their learning, prioritise effectively and actively demonstrate independence.
§ To consistently hold students to account and intervene as required to ensure that all students achieve their future ambitions.
