Landau Forte Charitable Trust is a family of six Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form Academies across the Midlands. ·         Provide a customer focused service, which is courteous and responsive and meets the needs of the customers at all times

·         To safely operate kitchen equipment at all times.     

·         To report any identified repair of kitchen equipment immediately on detection to the Catering Manager

·         To maintain a clean and hazard free working area and adhere to cleaning rotas   

·         To report any accidents and incidents to the Catering Manager      

·         To assist in the security of the catering area at all times      

·         To maintain high standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene and appearance       

·         Undertake such duties as may be considered appropriate by the Catering Manager in line with the needs of the service
