Landau Forte
Charitable Trust is a family of six Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form Academies
across the Midlands. Established in 1989, our roots as a charity lie in the

and meets the needs of the customers at all times

To safely operate kitchen
equipment at all times.

To report any identified repair of kitchen equipment immediately on detection
to the Catering Manager
·
To maintain a clean and hazard free working area and adhere to cleaning
rotas
·
To report any accidents and incidents to the Catering Manager
·
To assist in the security of the catering area at all times
·
To maintain high standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene and
appearance
·
Undertake such duties as may be considered appropriate by the Catering
Manager in line with the needs of the service
·
