Providing reception and administrative support
under the direction of the Office Manager
·
Being the first contact/front line in receiving
visitors, staff and students to the Academy
·
Answering the telephone, dealing
with external and internal calls
·
To assist with the preparations
for Academy events, projects and functions
·
Prepare Academy letters
·
To attend occasional open
evenings, prize giving and other Academy events
·
Maintain a high degree of
confidentiality with regards to issues concerning members of staff and students
·
Carry out responsibilities with
due regard to the Academy’s policy, organisation and arrangements for Health
& Safety at work
·
Carry out duties in line with
equality and diversity principles and be sensitive to the needs of others,
promoting a positive approach to a harmonious working environment
·
To be committed to safeguarding
and promoting the welfare of children and young people and follow the
safeguarding policy
