About this Role

As Business, Operations & Logistics Manager, you will be welcomed into a supportive team of professionals to:

  • Provide strong strategic and operational leadership across administration, IT, facilities, data, and reprographics.
  • Lead and manage core support teams to deliver a professional, welcoming, and high‑quality service for students, staff, parents, and visitors.
  • Take responsibility for the Academy’s IT and digital development, including systems, infrastructure, website, and external suppliers.
  • Contribute to estates, facilities, health & safety, and site security management, promoting a safe and well‑maintained environment.
  • Oversee critical daily operations including timetabling, staff cover arrangements, and data deadlines.
  • Lead or support procurement activities, grant funding applications, and value‑for‑money initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, information governance, and wider statutory responsibilities.
  • Plan and deliver key Academy events, supporting strong community engagement.
  • Provide flexible support to senior leaders on projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement.
