Due to continual expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and
experienced Learning Support Assistant to play a key role in the lives of students with Social, Emotional and Mental
Health Needs. You will work with a
highly professional team who
believe in the inclusion and success of our students and giving them the best
possible prospects for their future lives.
We are ambitious in striving to meet individual needs and improving their
learning opportunities.
It is important you have a caring, patient
and understanding nature with a true desire
to promote and meet the needs of individual students.
You will recognise the importance of flexibility to meet these differing needs and show initiative and insight in achieving this. With experience of working with young
people with SEND or SEMH needs, you will of course
have excellent interpersonal skills
and be able to make a positive
contribution to our community. It is important you have experience of working with small groups or on a 1:1
basis and be committed to prioritising the needs of students at all times.
