We are looking to appoint a Senior Lettings Assistant (Key Holder) to support academy lettings, providing weekend cover with flexibility to cover staff holidays and absences. Acting as the first point of contact for hirers, the successful candidate will be a confident, courteous and professional communicator, committed to delivering excellent customer service.
This role provides operational and customer-facing support, ensuring clients adhere to their hire agreements, facilities are maintained to a high standard, and the site is opened, secured and managed safely throughout each hiring period.
Act as first point of contact for hirers, providing a professional and welcoming service at all times.
Open and secure the academy site before and after each hiring period, including setting alarms as required.
Maintain accurate records by ensuring all hirers sign in and out correctly.
Carry out regular CCTV checks to ensure facilities are used in accordance with academy policy and hire agreements.
Undertake regular site walks during shifts to monitor safety, security and cleanliness.
Ensure facilities are set up in line with hirers’ needs and agreements.
Ensure all hired areas are left in a ready-for-business condition, including clearing rubbish and emptying bins at the end of shifts.
Enhance customer satisfaction through positive, proactive and professional interaction.
Support environmental sustainability by ensuring non-emergency lighting and powered equipment are switched off.
Ensure all equipment is returned, stored securely, and all rooms and facilities are locked after use.
Adhere to professional and staff codes of conduct at all times.
Comply with Health & Safety legislation and academy procedures.
Demonstrate full commitment to safeguarding policies and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
