 We are looking for an Office Manager who can bring energy, organisation, and a touch of magic to our day‑to‑day operations. This is the heartbeat role of our workplace — the person who keeps everything running smoothly, supports the team, and helps create an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the Academy office, including line management of administrative and reception staff  

To provide confidential, efficient administrative support for the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team (SLT)  

Manage and update manual and digital record/information systems, including SIMS, CPOMS, ParentPay and other software deployed by the Academy.  

To maintain the Academy annual diary of events and deadlines and plan administrative work accordingly  

Pay range: NJC SCP 23 £31,838.72 - NJC SCP 27 £35,339.37 + London Inner £3,698.52

Based on 37 hours a week/ 41 working weeks per year


Qualifications and Skills:

GCSE in Math and English at Grade C or Above

Excellent team management skills  and experience of excellent service delivery  

Excellent operational IT and communication skills 

Flexible, highly organized, able to multi-task and use initiative to priorities work to meet deadlines
