You will receive coaching and leadership development from both the Head of Maths and your SLT line manager, designed to fast‑track your readiness for a future Head of Maths role. At KSA, we use the Sparx curriculum and are currently undertaking a transformative overhaul of our implementation to ensure our students receive the very best in maths education. This work is underpinned by deep subject knowledge, exceptional pedagogy, and a commitment to developing both strong mathematical skills and a genuine love of the subject.

As Assistant Head of Maths, you will be central to shaping this work — supporting curriculum design, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery, and helping drive a culture where every student believes they can succeed in maths.
