Kettering Science Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Data and Exam Assistant to join a small but dynamic team within the academy.

The Data and Exams Assistant will be responsible for a range of tasks that will support the effectiveness of the team, including:

  • General office admin and data entry
  • Assisting the Data Manager with data collection and checking
  • Assisting the Exams Officer with exam preparations and other areas of exams

The ideal candidate will have admin experience, be competent using Microsoft Office and will take ownership of their work. Knowledge of the public examinations system is desirable but not essential. You will be expected to action all tasks in a timely manner through effective prioritisation of workload. 

This role is term time plus 1 week, therefore 40 working weeks per year. You will be required to work the additional 5 days during the summer holiday period. Four of these days will be dictated by the examination results days,

Your working hours will be 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 3.30pm Friday.
